Upon scheduling reservation (s), you will receive an email confirmation (s). Scheduled e-mail confirmations will include 24-hour and 2-hour pick-up reminders, including the chauffeur’s contact information. Also, 48 hours after the trip is completed, you will receive a final payment receipt.

If you cancel within 72 hours of the event date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the sale will be charged. The total amount is due and payable if you cancel on the event date.

All reservations are subject to guaranteed payment. The credit card number taken at the time of your order is used for this purpose. Charges for your reservation will be billed to this credit card if you do not cancel your service in advance (see our cancellation policy).
